The warp drive for leaders brings a certified organisational developer to the table who introduces best practices in organisational development, supported by cutting-edge technology. He or she works with you and your team to pinpoint the most burning issues and develops a feasible organisational development plan.

Budget & value

We are convinced that budget and value should be synonyms. That is why we are crystal clear about how we calculate a budget for the Warp Drive. In short, our Warp Drive for Leaders consists of three major value components.

Our Value Sherpas prepare and study your ‘case’, ensure that you have access to all the tools needed and follow-up with you should you have any questions. The Sherpas work according to their own ‘good life rate’, a day rate which enables them to secure a high-quality life.

To maintain and build the Happonomy, train the organisation developers and increase awareness about economy and quality of life, we add 20% to pay the people of our commercial team and 15% for the people in our organisational team.

The software tools we use start at 59 euros per month and are determined by the number of people in your organisation. After the Warp Drive ended, you can choose to keep using the software tools at the same budget.
